Detailed Description

This class implements the Block Sequential Regularized Expectation Maximization (BSREM) algorithm.

This class inherits from vOptimizer and implements the BSREM algorithm. This implementation follows the BSREM II algorithm defined in Ahn and Fessler 2003.
